CAUSES OF CAVITIES
1. Improper Brushing

Brush your teeth twice daily in a proper way for 3 minutes in order to remove the food debris.
Failing to do so will cause bacteria to grow over the teeth and cause caries.
2.Inadequate Gargling

Rinse and gargle after meal or snack.
This will clear any residual food over the teeth, thereby reducing the risk of caries.
3.Intermittent Snacking

Snacking in between meals leads to a continuous onslaught of acid attack on the teeth leading to caries.
4.Intake Of Sticky Food

Sugar in food and drinks help the bacteria in your mouth to grow. The bacteria feed on it and in turn decay your teeth.
